The Hamilton YMCA Aquatic Club Parent Executive Committee is the organized body of swimmers' parents whose collective function is to support the team's Administrator, coaches, and swimmers. The Parent Executive Committee does not set the team rules or policy, establish coaches' salaries, or govern any other aspect of the club; those functions are the domain of the Nonprofit Board of Trustees and club President.

The Parent Executive Committee is, however, critical to the ongoing success of the organization. Currently, club members are not charged dues over and above program fees. With everyone's support, especially with fundraising and events where parent labor is needed, we can continue to function effectively without charging Parent Association Dues.

The PEC convenes many subcommittees, which are chaired by the members of the HAC Parent Executive Board. The PEC is always looking for parents who are interested in becoming more involved in the club's activities. If you are one of them, please feel free to contact any of trustee, PEC member or your child's coach.
